The Classic Gibson is equal parts Gin and Dry Vermouth, garnished with a pickled onion. Made with our Aristology White, it is out of this world.
Ashley Smith, one of our distillers has always HATED gin. Until this 505 Classic Gibson. She came into work one day and said, "Guess what I bought a bottle of yesterday..." We guessed gin. We were right.
RECIPE
2 oz Gin (Our favorite is Wheeler's)
1 oz Aristology White Vermouth
Gibson pickled mini onions
Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain & garnish with gibson onion.
